All of this walking, hiking and running can make one tired. Have you taken a moment to stop and sit on one of the benches on our trail system? These benches are in honor or memory of a loved one, a special occasion or just the love of the outdoors. It is also a wonderful way to support our trails while providing a tangible and lasting amenity for all trail users.

There are two different styles of benches available. A polished granite bench can be chosen for $1420, or a wooden bench is available for $1000. Each trail in the TVTA has a unique bench style particular to that trail, and each bench has a bronze plaque.
The personalized memorials on the plaques are 8′ x 3″ with no set character limit. Keep in mind letters get smaller to accommodate verbiage as needed.
We have identified several locations where benches are needed. A TVTA board member will be happy to visit the trail with you to coordinate a bench location.
